HTJ International Co., Limited is a premier manufacturer specializing in high-performance laptop batteries, laptop chargers, and advanced GaN chargers. Founded in 2012 by three industry-veteran engineers, HTJ was built on a solid foundation of technical innovation, product safety, and deep manufacturing expertise. Over the past decade, our founding team’s engineering background has driven us to establish stringent quality standards, allowing us to deliver reliable, safe, and cost-effective power solutions to global distributors, wholesalers, and brand owners worldwide.
As our operations have expanded, our core R&D team has grown to 15 dedicated engineers, backed by a skilled workforce of over 500 employees. We continually upgrade our technological capabilities, combining in-house engineering with the latest industry advancements. To ensure zero-defect production, we enforce a closed-loop PDCA quality control model across specialized IQC, IPQC, QA, and QC departments. Beyond standard laptop batteries, we function as a trusted OEM/ODM custom manufacturer and factory-direct wholesale supplier, offering a complete spectrum of original-spec replacement power adapters, cables, and versatile power solutions.

Our factory is located in Dongguan City, Guangdong Province, China. With independent workshops, comfortable office environment and clean and tidy production lines, and we strictly implement 8S production management specifications and PDCA quality management specifications to ensure high product quality. Through our efforts, we obtained ISO9001 and ISO14001 certification in 2018.
Since its establishment, our company has established a strong R&D team in product research and development, and has been operating for more than 10 years. From the initial stage of product design to delivery, we have extensive project management experience and resources to ensure that all processes such as design, production, testing, packaging, etc. go smoothly.
Our company specializes in providing a full set of customized battery and adapter solutions, with professional R&D laboratories and advanced manufacturing equipment, including mechanical design, electronic hardware design, SMT, assembly testing, injection molding, BMS, laboratory, aging room, etc. We have rich experience in design and manufacturing process. Almost all production processes are completed in-house, which can meet all OEM and ODM requirements.
We currently have more than 500 employees, a factory area of 15,000 square meters, 3 SMT production lines, 6 automated battery assembly lines, 4 battery test production lines. 5 adapter assembly lines, and 3 test production lines. Our production capacity can meet the monthly demand of 50,000 batteries and 30,000 adapters.
