1. Warranty Coverage & Terms

• Warranty Period: All HTJ products are covered by a comprehensive 18-month quality guarantee, calculated from the date of shipment from our facility.

• Target Audience: This warranty applies exclusively to our direct business clients (original buyers) and is non-transferable.

• Validity: Valid only for products purchased directly from HTJ International or our authorized sales channels.

2. Standard Quality Claim & Replacement Process We maintain a streamlined after-sales procedure to support our business partners efficiently:

• Step 1: Defect Reporting: If any products experience performance issues within the 18-month warranty period, the client must notify our support team and provide relevant order details (such as invoice or serial numbers), along with photos, videos, or technical diagnostic reports.

• Step 2: Technical Verification: Our engineering team will review the evidence within 48 to 72 hours to verify whether the defect falls under manufacturing or material faults.

• Step 3: Resolution & Replacements:

  • For confirmed defective items, HTJ International will provide free replacement units.

  • To save international shipping costs and time for our wholesale partners, replacement items are typically shipped together with the client’s next bulk order. If an urgent separate shipment is strictly required, shipping terms will be discussed on a case-by-case basis.

3. Client Responsibilities

• Proper Handling & Storage: Clients or their end-users must ensure proper storage, installation, and usage of the products in accordance with standard electronic specifications.

• Professional Installation: Batteries and power adapters should be installed or handled by qualified technicians to prevent secondary damage caused by improper operation.

4. Warranty Exclusions The HTJ product warranty does not cover damages or malfunctions resulting from:

• Force Majeure: Natural disasters including fires, floods, or severe weather conditions.

• Man-Made Damage: Accidental drops, unauthorized disassembly, circuit modifications, or deliberate tampering.

• Improper Use: Misuse, failure to follow operating instructions, or using the products with incompatible hardware.

• Normal Wear & Wear: Gradual reduction in battery cell capacity over time, which is considered normal for chemical batteries.
