Return policy:

For any valid reason, a customer may opt to request a product return if the claim is made within 30 days from the date of purchase. However, eligibility for a refund or exchange varies depending on the reason for the return. Please note the following guidelines:

> If the company is deemed to be at fault for such damage, the customer can return the defective product and request a full refund or replacement. In this case, the company will bear the shipping cost of the product back and forth.

> Before placing an order and paying, we will provide accurate PI for customers to confirm, but if due to reasons such as confirmation errors or temporary changes in demand, customers can still return the goods, but they need to pay the shipping fee and 20% of the purchase fee. Please note that in this case, any damage to the product if it is in the hands of the customer or their chosen shipping company will be deducted from the refund amount returned to the customer.
