What do you need to know about?

This section will provide you with all the necessary information about the warranty of HTJ products. They are applicable to all products of our company: laptop batteries, laptop adapters, switching power supplies, PD fast charging and other accessories.

Before proceeding, please note that the warranty is:

> All HTJ products come with an 18-month quality guarantee.

> Available only to the original buyer and calculated from the date of purchase.

> Non-transferable

> Only valid if purchased from an authorized seller

Warranty steps:

Here are the steps on how to activate your warranty after purchasing from us:

  1. Your warranty period is calculated from the day the product leaves our warehouse for shipment. Be sure to record your serial and order numbers and date of installation for warranty claims.
  2. If warranty service is required, the customer should contact one of our representatives for proper assistance. They will be asked to provide clear images and an explanation of why the claim is being made. Customers will also get proper instructions on how to troubleshoot the device while it is still in their possession.
  3. If the customer refuses such an option and would rather have the item shipped back for the company’s
    own inspection, they may choose to do so with these considerations:
    > If the unit is less than six (6) months, we will pay for shipping, provided the warranty claim is valid. Otherwise, the customer shall pay.
    > If the product has been used for 6-12 months from the date of purchase, the customer is responsible for the shipping costs of the product back to our factory. If the warranty claim is valid, the rest will be covered by the HTJ warranty.
    > If the device is more than one year old but less than three years old, the customer will pay for shipping regardless whether the warranty claim is valid.
    > If the device is more than three years old, the customer can still send the device back. In this case, the customer is obliged to pay the shipping and labor costs.
  1. After repairs, one of our representatives will contact the customer so they can make appropriate arrangements for pickup via courier.
  2. Once the process is complete, the warranty will continue to run on its original schedule; no extensions or cuts will be made.
  3. During the effective quality guarantee period, if both parties can confirm through effective communication that it is due to the product itself rather than the reason or improper operation, then we can also carry out unconditional free replenishment, and the replenished products can be shipped Each order will be shipped together, or shipped separately according to the regular delivery time, and the shelf life of replenished products will be calculated from the date of shipment.

If the reason for the return request is valid, customers can return their purchase and request a refund. Keep in mind that the process will go through rigorous investigations and checks before a full refund is approved. This should be done within no more than 30 days from the date of purchase. If the reason is proven, the return process will be borne by the company for the round-trip freight.

Inspection is free for products less than one (1) year old. Customers should be promptly updated within 72 hours. Keep in mind that for this it is best to contact one of our representatives for appropriate assistance.

  1. Customers must take good care of the products they purchase, including proper and regular maintenance.
  2. Proper installation and removal of the unit is the responsibility of the customer, whether they choose to install it themselves or hire a professional to install it.
  3. In order to facilitate maintenance, customers can request replacement parts from the company, as long as they are still within the scope of warranty. In such event, Company shall provide appropriate assistance and freight. If a replacement is deemed necessary outside of warranty coverage, they are obliged to purchase the part. In any event, they should contact any of our representatives for assistance.
  4. Any additional damage or loss during shipping is the responsibility of the customer.

Seller Responsibilities:

The company only undertakes the replacement and repair within the warranty period; any additional installation or disassembly of the purchased product is not included.

Warranty Exclusions

This section lists certain items that are excluded from the customer warranty. In these cases, the company is no longer liable for loss or damage to the product.

  1. Natural disasters include but are not limited to:
    > fire
    > flood
    > Hurricanes/Storms
  1. Accidental or deliberate tampering.
  2. Improper maintenance causes the purchased product to malfunction.
