Domestic Shipping Policy

1. Shipment processing time:
   All orders will be processed within 1 business day (excluding weekends and holidays) after receiving your order confirmation. You will be notified once your order has shipped. Delivery will take place within 7-14 working days, depending on the quantity of your order.
   If a large number of orders are placed at the same time, we will immediately notify you of any changes that may be made to your shipping and delivery. We will contact you by email or phone to make sure you are aware of such issues.

            Important Notes:
           > In principle, no shipment and delivery on weekends and holidays, except for very urgent cases

           > Be sure to fill in all required information on the order page, otherwise the shipment will not be processed

           > You can track your order via email, phone or live chat

           > Occasional unprecedented delays due to irresistible reasons

2. Shipping warehouse location:
   All orders are shipped from our domestic factory.
   IMPORTANT NOTE: Customers will be responsible for shipping charges if there is any change to the shipping address after the order has been dispatched.

3. Damage:
   > If the order is damaged or lost in transit with our freight company, we will contact you immediately to confirm the solution.
   > If it is damaged or lost during transportation by the customer’s transportation company, the customer needs to bear the loss.
